Key Responsibilities
  • Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
  • Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
  • Control the hiring and hiring process
  • Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
  • Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
  • Cultivate a supportive workplace.
  • Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
  • Maintain the benefits and pay schedule.
  • Analyze the training requirements for a program and keep an eye on it.
  • Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making

Key Responsibilities
  • Know about our offered services/products & segments we can cater.
  • Surveying new customer & their potential. Then making them understand how we can cater their printing requirements.
  • Coordination with MIS team to share best-offered quotes in written according to the customer’s job.
  • To be in touch with design team to get artwork approval on mail from customer before punching any order.
  • Be in touch with production team to share tentative delivery schedule to customer.
  • Must have courtesy visit at customer premises/office. Visit monthly to have better relation.
  • Have technical & sound knowledge about raw material/ products offered.
  • Follow up & coordinate with the POC of each stage from SO punch until delivery or job cycle.
  • Confirm product delivery with customer & take feedback.
  • In between this time cycle or while having free time - Learn about new technologies in industry & our competitor / industry leaders.

Experience:0 — 2 years

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Experience:0-2 Year

Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Analytical experience required
  • Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Sound business decision-making ability
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds
